The terms, in plain words.

These terms are between you and [legal business name: to be added] (“we”), which operates Daized. By creating an account or using Daized you accept them. If you use Daized for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf and confirm you are allowed to.

Daized turns spreadsheet files (CSV and Excel) into dashboards, with metrics, charts and written explanations. We improve it continually, which means features can change; we will not remove something you pay for in the middle of a billing period without telling you.

• You must be 18 or over and give a real email address.
• An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with it.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Files you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as far as needed to run Daized for you: building, showing and saving your dashboards. We do not sell them, show them to other users or use them to train models. Our Privacy policy says exactly what is kept and for how long.

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload, including any personal data about other people in it, and that doing so breaks no law or agreement you are bound by.

Do not:

• upload anything unlawful, or data you have no right to process;
• upload malware or files built to attack the service;
• get around plan allowances or rate limits, for example with multiple free accounts;
• probe, scan or test the security of Daized without our written permission;
• scrape the service, or resell or sublicense access to it.

We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

• Free includes 10 dashboards a week. Pro includes 50 dashboards for each 30-day billing period, with top-ups available on top. One dashboard is one uploaded file; reopening or editing it does not use another.
• Unused allowance does not carry over to the next period.
• Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are shown in rupees or dollars on the Pricing page; taxes such as GST are added where they apply and shown before you pay.
• If we change a price, we tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies only from then.

Paid plans are not open yet. Until they are, everyone is on Free.

You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded except in the cases listed in our Cancellation & refunds policy.

Daized interprets your data automatically. It can misread a column, choose the wrong metric, or write an explanation that is wrong. Its output is not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice. Check anything important against your source data before you rely on it.

We work to keep Daized running, but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may take it down briefly for maintenance. Keep your own copies of your files; Daized is not a backup.

You can stop using Daized and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy policy.

Daized is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We update the date at the top when these terms change. For a change that matters to you, we give at least 14 days' notice by email. Continuing to use Daized after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of [city: to be added]. Questions about them: [contact email: to be added].
